Serious games

Serious games are games with a learning objective — a blend of play and purposeful learning. People become immersed in the storyline and step into a safe environment where they can freely experiment with new skills and behaviors. They receive instant feedback, try again, collaborate, and learn from and with each other. They experience their own perspective — or that of someone else.

Through interim reflections and a debrief afterwards, we explore key insights and make concrete plans for translating those lessons into real-world action. This makes serious games a powerful, active learning experience.

Joining your team

Some organizational challenges do not fit into a project. Sometimes, we need to explore the question together — or tackle multiple aspects of a challenge over time. In those cases, we join your team as an experience designer. A few days a week, for a set period of time, always with a clear objective.

That way, we can work side by side to, for example, redesign your entire onboarding experience. Or explore how your employees experience their work — and how we can improve it. Or keep your organization’s values alive and anchored in everyday practice over the long term.
